About Swipe Savvy
Swipe Savvy is a US-based company that gives businesses one platform for cloud POS, payment processing, customer loyalty and AI-powered analytics. We serve restaurants, cafés, retail stores and 25+ other industries across the United States, and we're growing our sales team in Colombia.
Swipe Savvy is also home to GiftAMeal, a restaurant marketing and loyalty program that donates a meal to a local food bank every time a customer engages with a partner restaurant. Brands like Jimmy John's, Häagen-Dazs and Scooter's Coffee already partner with GiftAMeal, and together we've donated more than 3 million meals.
The Role
You'll call business owners and decision-makers in the US, introduce them to Swipe Savvy and GiftAMeal, qualify their needs and book demos or close sales. This is an outbound phone role for someone who enjoys conversations, handles objections with confidence and is motivated by results.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to business leads in the US, with a strong focus on restaurants
- Present Swipe Savvy's POS, payments and loyalty solutions, and the GiftAMeal program
- Qualify prospects and schedule demos or close deals
- Log every call and follow-up accurately in our CRM
- Hit daily and weekly activity and sales targets
What We're Looking For
- Advanced English (B2+/C1): comfortable holding natural, persuasive phone conversations with native speakers
- Native or fluent Spanish
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, appointment setting or call center (B2B is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a positive, resilient attitude
- Reliable high-speed internet, a computer and a noise-canceling headset
- Quiet workspace at home
What We Offer
- 100% remote: work from anywhere in Colombia
- Base pay of USD 250 per week
- USD 150 commission per sale, with no cap: the more you sell, the more you earn
- Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Colombia time)
