Bilingual Virtual Hotel Receptionists. Bogota

A leading company in the hotel industry, is looking for Bilingual Virtual Hotel Receptionists or Front Desk Officer, who will be responsible for welcoming guests and acting as their first point of contact.

Main Responsabilities:
Assist them with check-in and check-out, taking payments and returning deposits.
Respond to all guest questions and requests.
Manage guest bookings and reservations.
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
Responding to requests for help and information
Preparing room bills and ensuring prompt payments.


Requirements:
- Technician or Technologist in Hospitality and Tourism.
- Advanced English level (conversational B2 to C1).
- 6 months to 1 year experience as a bilingual hotel receptionist.

Work conditions:
- Shifts: Rotating shifts from Sunday-to-Sunday 24/7 for 8 hours, with 45 minutes break. 1 day off per week.


Conditions:
- Biweekly payment.
- On-site position in the T zone in Bogotá.
- Salary of $1,800,000 COP + $500,000 COP bonuses for performance + transportation allowance + night and Sunday work surcharges. (Average salary from 2,600,000 to 3,000,000).
- Work-Labor Contract.
