Recognized digital company seeks to incorporate into its team a trilingual Call Center Operations Leader with the following specifications:
Education: Technologist or professional in humanities, administration, engineering or related careers.
Essential: Native Spanish, English B2 and Portuguese B2.
Experience: Minimum 1 year leading teams in call center or BPO.
Salary: Basic of $ 5.403.125 + bonus for compliance of $ 1.000,000 + legal benefits.
Modality: In person.
City: Bogotá or surroundings.
Schedule: Monday to Friday with availability on Saturdays / Office hours.
Contract: Indefinite / Management and trust.
