Client Acquisition Executive (Microsoft)
Were looking for a results-driven and relationship-oriented professional to join our team in Bogotá. In this role, you will support the growth of a leading global technology ecosystem through outbound prospecting, consultative sales, partner acquisition, and pipeline management.
Youll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging organizations interested in digital solutions, and delivering an exceptional partner experience throughout the sales cycle.
What Youll Do
Drive new business acquisition through consultative sales strategies.
Conduct outbound outreach activities including cold calling, lead generation, and pipeline development.
Identify and engage potential business partners interested in technology solutions.
Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to onboarding and activation stages.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients and maintain a professional customer experience.
Educate potential partners on business growth opportunities within a global technology ecosystem.
Track activities, pipeline updates, and customer information through CRM platforms.
Consistently achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.

A sales-oriented professional with experience in B2B sales and outbound environments.
Confident handling consultative conversations and relationship management.

Proactive, resilient, and results-driven.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced English Speaker.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business to Business Sales, including:
Outbound Calling
Cold Calling
Objection Handling
Client Relationship Management
Lead Generation and Pipeline Development
Additional qualifications:
Experience working with KPIs and sales targets.
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar) is desirable.
Experience selling technology or digital marketing solutions is a plus.
