US ? Based company dedicated to providing professional traveling tenants with furnished housing for 30-day and greater stays, is looking for full-time fluent English-speaking Customer Retention Specialists, preferably with experience working remotely for US Companies.
Customer Service Specialists have the specific responsibility to reduce customer churn and mitigate lost revenue by retaining our existing customers.

- Have proven ability to manage objections, navigate challenging customers and difficult situations.
- Have excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Have experience managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, emails, tickets, and chats.
- Are English proficient - C1 (Speaking and Writing)
- Have your own equipment: Computer (including genuine MS Office License), headsets and excellent internet connection (LAN and WiFi)
-Have Full-time availability: 5 days a week, 8 hrs per day - work schedule to be determined. Positions available mostly for evenings and weekends
Main Responsibilities: Build and maintain client relationships. Use active listening skills to understand customer concerns aiming to provide them with solutions. Help to reduce customer churn and optimize revenue by retaining existing customers. Analyze customer feedback and deal with pushback, difficult situations and customers in order to increase loyalty and enhance our services.
Compensation: US $ 960 - $1060 per month
