WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that provides high quality and accurate resolutions to sellers under stipulated policies and procedures, by answering general inquiries via Inbound Calls for a Ecommerce Account.

Calls may be about: listing queries, fees, Billing and invoices queries, managed payments queries, shipping queries, returns process , etc.

WE OFFER:

-Hours: 46H, 1 day off.
-Premium Salary: 3.080.000 COP
-Work at home.
-Training: Monday- Friday: 8:00 - 17:00, Saturdays: 8:00 - 14:00.
-Operation: Afternoon schedule, 1 day off.
-Indefinite contract with all legal benefits + Complete paid training.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- English level B2.
- Be located in Bogotá, Cali or Barranquilla. (Availability to go to the site in case of disconnections, internet or power outage)
- 18 years old or older.
- High school degree.
- Foreigners must provide PPT and passport.
