Responsibilities:
- Sending letters and reminders to clients informing them about upcoming depositions
- Confirming with the opposing counsel the details and dates of depositions
- Validate client attendance to depositions via call, text and email
- Keeping deposition details and client up to date regarding deposition details until date of deposition

Qualifications:
- B2 English Level and above
- Customer Service Skills
- Adaptability and Work Ethic
- Teamwork Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Strong Communication skills

Notes:
- Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm Pacific Standard Time
