In this role, you will be an Experience Consultant:
Visual Analyst: You will review photos of incredible properties to categorize them and ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Host Guide: You will help property owners (Hosts) improve their listings through negotiation and strategic advice.
Trust & Safety: You will verify documents (insurance, licenses) to guarantee a safe and secure community.
Premium Support: You will provide empathetic voice support to top-tier users globally. Profile We Are Looking For:
English (C1): Conversational fluency is a must.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in BPO (Customer Service, retention, or sales).
Education: High school graduate.
Skills: Attention to detail, empathy, and analytical skills.
