We?re currently looking for 2 Field Operations Coordinators to join our growing team. If you?re highly organized, enjoy communicating with people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we?d love to hear from you.
No prior experience in low-voltage systems, IT support, or field operations is required. We provide full training.
About the Role
As a Field Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our technicians and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
This position involves frequent communication in English/Spanish with technicians, clients, and internal team members to coordinate daily field operations and maintain high service standards. Some of the tasks you?ll be completing and not limited to:
- Contact technicians the day before scheduled work to confirm attendance and ensure they understand the scope of work.
- Call technicians approximately one hour before their scheduled start time to confirm they are on track to arrive onsite.
- Monitor technician check-ins and check-outs throughout the day.
- Maintain regular communication with technicians to track progress and address any issues that arise.
- Review required deliverables, photos, and documentation before technicians are released from the job site.
- Coordinate with project managers and internal teams to keep projects moving forward successfully.
- Provide support and guidance to technicians when they encounter challenges onsite.
- Document updates, progress notes, and important project information accurately.
- Escalate issues proactively to ensure successful project completion.
- Communicate professionally with clients through email, phone calls, and messaging platforms.
Required Qualifications
B2 (Upper Intermediate) English proficiency minimum ? You should be comfortable speaking on the phone and writing professional emails in English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change throughout the day.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, spreadsheets).
Must have reliable power and internet connection. Frequent disconnections will not be accepted.
