Global Logistics Sourcing Professional

Descripción corta: We are looking for a Global Logistics Sourcing Professional to lead logistics sourcing initiatives across multiple portfolio companies. This role will focus on global transportation procurement, eSourcing events, supplier optimization, bid analysis, contract negotiation, and cost-saving strategies across ocean, air, parcel, road, rail, and drayage transportation.
Funciones principales:
Develop and execute logistics sourcing strategies across different transportation modes.
Lead end-to-end eSourcing events, including RFx design, bid analysis, and award recommendations.
Build shared buying programs and sourcing playbooks.
Conduct total landed cost modeling, market benchmarking, and scenario analysis.
Negotiate regional and global freight contracts.
Work with operations, finance, supply chain, and leadership teams.
Monitor global logistics market trends, capacity, and cost drivers.
Requisitos:
8 to 10+ years of experience in logistics sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or transportation procurement.
Experience managing RFQ, RFP, RFI, sourcing events, bid analysis, and supplier negotiations.
Knowledge of ocean, air, road, parcel, rail, or drayage transportation.
Strong analytical skills for cost modeling and scenario analysis.
Experience negotiating freight or logistics contracts.
Advanced English level.
Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade regulations.
Experience with tools such as Coupa, Jaggaer, Keelvar, SAP Ariba, ERP, Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
