Google Ads Manager Part Time

We're looking for a seasoned Google Ads Strategist to join Growbo's remote team. You won't be setting up or managing campaigns directly ? our ads manager handles that. Your role is to bring the strategic brain: review performance, identify opportunities, and guide the team on what to do next.

What You'll Do

Ideate ad strategy, analyze performance, and recommend optimizations based on data
Guide the ads manager on the direction and updates - the ads manager handles setup and execution
Diagnose targeting issues: in some cases, campaigns may be performing well on volume but attracting the wrong audience (e.g. easy-to-get leads that don't match the client's actual target market), and you'll need to identify and correct for this
Review active Google Ads campaigns and identify what's working and what's not
Provide clear, actionable recommendations to the ads manager and project manager
Check in daily during business hours (9am?5pm EST) to read task updates and respond
Join calls or chats with clients when needed to discuss strategy or answer questions
Coordinate between the client, project manager, and ads manager to keep things aligned


You're a Fit If You:

Can look at a Google Ads account and quickly spot what's underperforming and why
Have a track record of successful campaigns ? you know what good looks like
Communicate clearly in English (fluent, professional)
Are available on-call but reliably check in during EST business hours
Work well in a team setup where others handle execution (e.g. copy, design, and set up)
