Growth Account Manager (B2B Sales & Digital Marketing)
Join our team in Bogotá, Colombia
Are you passionate about consultative sales and digital marketing? Were looking for a Growth Account Manager to help businesses maximize the value of their digital advertising investments.
In this role, youll manage a portfolio of B2B clients, analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations that help clients achieve better business results while expanding their advertising investment.

What Youll Do
Manage a portfolio of B2B clients (Book of Business).
Build trusted relationships with decision-makers.
Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Interpret marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA/CPR, Conversion Rate and Funnel Performance.
Present strategic recommendations based on business objectives and campaign data.
Drive account growth through consultative selling and upselling opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales and performance goals.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Required Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
At least 1 year of B2B consultative sales experience.
Minimum 6 months of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, Paid Media, Social Media Advertising, or similar roles.
Technical Knowledge
Advanced English (B2+/C1).
You should have a solid understanding of:
Digital Advertising, Campaign Optimization, Marketing Funnel, Conversion Rate, CTR, CPC, CPA / CPR, ROAS, Performance Analysis, Data-driven decision making, Skills, Excellent client relationship management.
