ROLE PURPOSE

This position will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources function for Glory?s Colombia business. Responsibilities include employee relations and engagement, total rewards, government law and corporate policy compliance, recruiting, and HR system maintenance.



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages employee relations matters such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and other workplace issues.
Proactively guides and coach?s managers in resolving discipline issues and disputes in a productive and positive manner and ensures compliance with labor laws.
Manages compliance concerns and regulatory requirements relating to labor laws/regulations.
Manages the recruitment process from start to end for all assigned positions, to include opening and obtaining appropriate approvals in the Taleo applicant tracking system, posting jobs to various websites, sourcing, phone screens, face-to-face interviews, scheduling candidate interviews with managers, providing salary recommendations.
Responsible for a broad variety of administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle, including managing the new hire and onboarding process.
Maintains and updates the Taleo applicant tracking system with accurate and timely information.
Supports payroll process. Work with the third party to ensure that the payroll calculation is accurate, including: joiners, leavers, salary adjustments, discounts, bonuses, local benefits, etc.
Performs other duties as required by the Human Resources Department.
Manages a staff of 50 employees on average.


REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent
A minimum of 5 years previous Human Resources experience
Solid knowledge of Colombia labor laws and employment practices
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Taleo a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Upper-intermediate English
