Job Title: Insurance Adjuster

Location: Remote (Colombia)

Role Description: As an integral part of our team, youll assess damages, investigate incidents, and negotiate settlements. Your attention to detail and empathy will contribute to our clients satisfaction and successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Claims Evaluation: Investigate accidents, injuries, and property damage. Assess the validity of claims and determine coverage.
- Negotiation: Engage with claimants, policyholders, and attorneys. Negotiate settlements within policy limits.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of investigations and communications. Prepare detailed reports for case files.
- Compliance: Stay informed about insurance regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:
- English advanced B2/C1 (must).
- 1 year of proven work experience as an Insurance Adjuster or in Health Insurance (BPO industry could work)
- Familiarity with property and casualty claims.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Empathy and professionalism.

What We Offer:
- Independent contract (freelance - prestación de servicios)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 10:00 - 19:30 COT.
- Primas de servicios will be paid every half and end of year.
- Work remotely.
- Time Doctor (Software) for security and payroll purposes.
