Full-time (Office hours): Monday - Friday / 8am-5pm CST or 9am-6pm CST

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Associate to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong marketing background, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving results. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a US-based B2B company and will be capable of developing marketing strategies and messaging for campaigns.

Responsibilities:
Utilize your marketing experience, particularly within a US-based B2B environment, to contribute valuable insights and expertise to our marketing initiatives.
Develop and execute marketing strategies and messaging for campaigns that effectively target our audience and drive results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
Coordinate various marketing activities simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our marketing efforts.

Requirements:
Previous experience working for a US-based B2B company is required.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong marketing background with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
