We are seeking a driven and talented individual to join our Quality & Compliance team. This individual will bring a passion for simplification / continuous improvement, a strong communication skill set, and specializes in analyzing, designing, prioritizing and implementing a set of IT products, platforms and/or services transforming our IT end to end quality & compliance automations ? software tools (CSV, Audit, Training, CAPA, QMR, etc). The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects ? from ideation to implementation - while and adhering to the standard methodologies and process within IT. Leverages understanding of business strategy and needs to create a vision and roadmap for IT products, platforms and/or services. Ensures technologies add value and can scale Medtronic?s use of a given IT solution across various businesses, regions and functions. Additional responsibilities will be in the oversight and delivery of the compliance training and contributions to the Medtronic learning pathways designed for IT roles. This individual may act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower-level professionals.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Expertise in building business cases for IT system and reporting tools with clear measures and ROI to support quality & compliance reporting
Lead end-to-end IT tools implementation and maintenance following IT processes and portfolio management methodologies.
High proficiency in delivering data & analytics tools and deliverables to support data-driven decisions for quality & compliance results.
In alignment with our Global Portfolio Operations process, collaborate and contribute to projects that support the IT Management Operations strategy
Leverage the DMAIC model to map the current process and areas to focus to remove waste
Provide and collaborate on the change management and training process in alignment with ITMO GPO and MDF model.
Calificaciones - Externas
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor?s degree in life science or related areas.
Fluent in English level.
4 years of experience CSV process experience (life science / non-product software validation) with modern industry applications / technologies automating regulated business processes in Quality, Regulatory, ALM, HR (Training specifically).
CAPA root cause analysis methods skills.
Audit experience in life science areas or procedures.
Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Teams, etc).
Collaboration with different regions.
Use of standard quality management systems tools in the industry (Oracle, Map agile, etc?)
Team player.
Communications skills.
Critical thinking.
Nice to Have
Previous Medtronic experience.
Lean six sigma green / blackbelt or DMAIC skills.
High energy and motivation with an ability to quickly adapt to change
Frequent interaction with internal or external contacts at various organizational levels concerning ongoing operations or changes relating to quality and compliance processes or programs
