We are the customer support center for innovative fintech company that provides responsible credit to everyday consumers. We are looking for new team members who are excited to help deliver excellent client care and support for lending products that are designed to help the todays digital consumer. If you are solution oriented and love working with people, we would love to have you apply and become a key member of our Support Specialist Team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide excellent service to consumers on inbound and outbound calls
Answer and supply support for inbound calls in the following departments: Customer Service, Collections, and Verifications
Work with clients in collections to negotiate and create debt payment plans
Interact with and develop customer relationships via telephone to build customer engagement and utilization of lending products
Respond to customer service inquiries from clients
Be an expert on our products and processes
Provide excellent care and support to help customers complete online loan applications
Review, calculate, and verify customer application information to optimize funding process
Work with client to manage loan and identify repayment options
Handle client support issues in accordance with policies and procedures
Participate in outbound call campaigns and upselling activities
Maintain and update customer records in loan management system
Meet and/or exceed production, quality, and customer service goals

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
6+ months of call center experience required (Collections experience is a huge plus)
Fluent English needed. French language skills are a plus
Team oriented mindset
Attention to detail
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask
Reliability and people-oriented approach in your work ethic
