Morning Shift

Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using prepared scripts or guidelines
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products or services being offered in order to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening
- Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to potential customers, emphasizing the unique selling points and value propositions of the product or service
- Objection Handling: Address any concerns or objections raised by potential customers with confidence and professionalism, striving to overcome obstacles and close sales
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including contact details, inquiries, and outcomes, using CRM software or databases
- Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to nurture relationships and progress leads through the sales pipeline
- Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the organization
- Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines governing telemarketing practices, including Do Not Call (DNC) regulations and data protection laws
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek feedback and opportunities for self-improvement, staying updated on industry trends and best practices in telemarketing

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus
- Proven experience in Telemarketing, Sales, or Customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
- Persuasive and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
