Travel Technology Analyst Global Distribution Systems Sabre and Concur

The Opportunity
As a Travel Technology Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing advanced support and analysis for our booking-related technologies. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth operation of booking systems and processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive continuous improvement in our technology solutions.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for booking-related technologies, including (GDS), booking tools (e.g., Concur), automation, mid-office, and other related elements such as scripts and ticketing processes.
- Support the VP on high-impact technology projects, delivering outstanding results on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective technological solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging technologies and trends, seizing opportunities to revolutionize our business and deliver excellent customer service.
- Maximize the value of our technology investments.
- Define compliance and security policies, ensuring our technology systems and processes meet industry standards and protect our customers' data.
- Break down silos by collaborating with other departments on aligning technology solutions with overall business objectives and supercharging operational efficiency.
- Provide configuration training and support on Concur and Sabre to end-users.
- Drive operational improvements related to booking processes and related technologies.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years? experience with Global Distribution Systems; Sabre and Concur.
- 5+ years? experience supporting, programing, and administering Online Booking Tools.
- 5+ years? experience supporting, programing, and administering Reservation Management System.
- Ability to build strong relationships with diverse teams, excellent customer service, situational leadership, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and strong ethical values.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
