Be part of a global business services environment and support strategic partners through structured communication and process optimization. This role offers exposure to international business operations, continuous learning, and professional growth within a dynamic and well-structured campaign.
What youll be doing: Contact business partners nominated by regional subsidiaries. Manage outbound communications via phone and email. Follow up on assigned partners to ensure continuity and process optimization. Support the use and understanding of digital business solutions. Maintain ongoing communication to build professional relationships. Register activities, interactions, and updates in internal tools. Comply with productivity, quality, and performance indicators defined by the campaign.
Were looking for someone who: Has experience in B2B environments, customer support, or business process roles (preferred). Demonstrates strong communication and follow-up skills. Is organized, proactive, and detail oriented. Has an English B2 and Portuguese B2 level Is comfortable working with phone- and email-based interactions.
Conditions: Training salary: COP $2.583.712 / month Production salary: COP $$3.229.640 / month Contract type: Indefinite term Languages: English B2 / Portuguese B2 Campaign type: WAHA Bogotá Workload: Full time | 42 hours per week Training (TRN): Monday to Friday full time
25 days of training + 5 days of nesting Operations (OPS):
Monday to Friday full-time Weekends OFF
