An important company in the footwear sector requires for its work team:

The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring company directed visual merchandising (VM) strategies and standards are brought to life. This role executes product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements to optimize guests (i.e., customers) experiences.

Responsibilities
· Support with merchandising window and in store display.
· Using merchandising skillsets will work on achieving overall implementation of Aesthetics in store
· Bring our brands to life for our customers while building brand loyalty and delivering with productivity.
· Partner with store leaders to plan, support and validate the execution of all visual merchandising guides sets in the store.
· Assess store visual standards to help elevate visual presentations.
· Solve merchandising issues and adjust sets to create and maintain inspiring presentations.

Qualifications:
· Expert in visual standards, which includes specific merchandising techniques, fixture blocking, lighting and the implementation of all in store marketing elements such as rack updates, navigational signs and all store signs that support events, seasons, holidays and in store promotions.
· Knowledge of retail business fundamentals including: sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies
· Experience influencing a team of hourly team members to improve their visual merchandising acumen and skills.
· Problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, who is always learning, open to feedback and takes action as require

Schedule: Monday at Friday to 7:00am - 5:00pm
