We?re looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst who is passionate about designing and executing recruitment strategies that drive success across diverse clients and industries.
What You'll Do:
*Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to
client needs
* Partner with hiring managers from different organizations to understand
their staffing challenges and offer expert guidance
* Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, interviewing,
selection, and offer extension for different roles.
* Use job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks to
identify and attract high-quality candidates
* Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the entire
recruitment journey
* Maintain up-to-date candidate records and manage applicant tracking
systems effectively
Requirements:
* Bachelor?s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business
Administration, or related fields.
* 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition and/or recruitment.
* Advanced English level (B2+/C1)
* Experience managing complex recruitment processes and attracting high- level candidates
* Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software tools
* Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
