Were looking for a Selection analyst Senior. You will be responsible for evaluate, select and deliver the personnel required by the operation, client or requesting area, based on a previously identified and agreed profile.
What youll be doing:
Receive and manage the assigned requirements.
Evaluates the candidates profile through tests and individual or group interviews based on the job description.
Program the process of documentation and entrance medical exams.
Ensure compliance with internal policies of the process.
Provide job offers and expectations to candidates prior to hiring.

The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
Has a 90% and up English level.
Professional in careers such as psychology, business administration or related.
Has more than 6 months of experience in recruitment and selection.
Has experience in call center (preferred)
Enjoys helping others and solving situations with a positive attitude.
Is proactive, responsible, empathic, and a good listener.
