What youll be doing:
Provide technical and commercial support for Streaming platform products and services. Phone & Chat
Provide and maintain strong, professional relationship with all customers and always shows empathy.
Work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships.
Handle pre-sales related questions and recognize cross/upsell opportunities and promote additional products and services to the customers.
What Were Looking For:
C1 English level.
Enjoys helping others and solving situations with a positive attitude.
Proactive, responsible, empathic, and a good listener.
