Heres your opportunity to work with the Disney platform!
We are looking for C1 Bilingual Agents to provide customer service across various communication channels (Chat / Phone). Your main responsibilities will include building strong, empathetic, professional, and quick relationships with customers, while troubleshooting and solving their issues using software tools and research skills.
The role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and professionalism to ensure effective debt recovery while maintaining customer relationships.
What youll be doing:
Multichannel Customer Support: Provide assistance to customers via multiple communication channels (Chat / Phone), ensuring their inquiries are answered quickly and effectively.
Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to the Disney Plus platform, such as login problems, playback errors, subscription issues, and more.
Platform Functionality Support: Guide users through the Disney Plus platform, including navigating the interface, managing watchlists, searching for content, and adjusting account settings.
Problem Research and Resolution: Utilize internal tools and resources to research and diagnose problems, providing effective solutions to users issues on the platform.
Subscription and Billing Assistance: Assist customers with subscription-related queries, payments, plan changes, and billing issues, ensuring they have a seamless experience with their account.
Ensure Positive Experience: Ensure that each customer receives friendly, professional, and efficient service, leaving them with a positive impression of the Disney brand.
Performance Goal Achievement: Meet performance goals such as resolution time, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators (KPIs), while consistently improving the user experience.

C1 English level.

Salary: COP $2.800.000 / MO
Location: Bogotá work from home in accordance with internal company policy and labor law.
