Bilingual Scrum Master and Data Remote

Responsibilities

- We are looking for an individual who will dedicate 50% of their efforts as a Scrum
Master and the other 50% as a Data Engineer, always prioritizing Scrum Master
activities, as that is the most important part.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables
- Organize and lead daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, sprint planning, sprint
reviews and retrospectives.
- Ensure effiecient workflow and communication within the team
- User story cration: gather requirements from stakeholders, write clear, concise and
comprehensive user stories.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog on the Azure DevOps (ADO) board.
- Work closely with the development team to understand technical challenges and requirements
- Facilitate Scrum events: Such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support product owners
- Prepare and present weekly management updates
- Encourage continous improvement in team process to enhace productivity.
- Ability to estimate effort and monitor team capacity in terms of effort points for each sprint and PI planning.

Requirements

- Advanced English level
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment
- Excellent understanding of the software development cycle.
- Experience in writing user stories and managing product backlog
- Proficiency in creating and managing PBI´s in Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices
- Experience with skills in bingo and fostering T-shaped teams.
- Experience in PI planning.

As Data Engineer:

- Strong understandig of ETL/ELT processes.
- Ability to review monitoring reports and create PBIs for necessary fixes.

Desirable:
- Certification in project management (eg. Agile, Scrum, PMP)
- Background in AI, data science, or related fields
