BPO Billingual Recruiter

We are looking for a Bilingual BPO Recruiter to join our team at Contact Point 360 S.A.S. If you have strong experience in recruitment and a proven ability to work in BPO environments, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recruiting bilingual candidates for our clients. Your ability to make quick and effective decisions, combined with strong communication and conflict resolution skills, will be critical to your success in this position.
Your interpersonal and evaluation skills will be essential in selecting candidates who meet the high standards of our clients. Additionally, your ability to manage time and organize tasks efficiently will ensure that the recruitment processes run smoothly.
Key Requirements:
Solid knowledge of the BPO sector
Advanced technological skills
Results-oriented with strong analytical abilities to continuously improve recruitment processes
Minimum of 1 year of experience in mass recruitment
Job Conditions:
Base salary: 3,600,000 COP
KPI Bonus
Work schedule: 46 hours per week
