At Bunji, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Trafficker Digital with at least 3 years of experience in advertising and marketing agencies. This role will be responsible for the creation, implementation, optimization, and monitoring of paid campaigns across digital platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, DV360, and TikTok Ads. The main mission will be to ensure that advertising campaigns are executed efficiently, maximizing return on investment (ROI) and meeting strategic objectives.
The Trafficker Digital will work closely with the analysis, planning, and strategy teams to ensure that campaigns align with the digital marketing goals of the agency and our clients. Additionally, they will be responsible for tracking metrics, generating data-driven insights, and ensuring proper billing closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Implementation:
Set up, launch, and monitor advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, DV360, and TikTok Ads.
Perform daily monitoring of campaign performance based on objectives and the allocated budget.
Verify the correct delivery of materials and documentation for campaigns.
Budget and Performance Optimization:
Control and optimize the performance of digital campaigns, making continuous adjustments to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing and apply content optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
Generate data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance and propose adjustment strategies.
Data Monitoring and Analysis:
Create detailed follow-up and implementation reports for campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and/or SuperMetrics.
Evaluate key metrics and generate executive reports, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Prepare month-end reports and ensure proper billing.
Audience and Data Management:
Work with large datasets to segment audiences and personalize advertising strategies.
Collaborate with analysis teams to ensure that campaigns align with segmentation and marketing objectives.
Quality Control and Compliance:
Perform quality checks (QA) to ensure that all campaigns are executed correctly and meet the established objectives.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures both locally and regionally, in accordance with internal regulations.
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics:
Implement tracking tags with Google Tag Manager to measure conversions and events.
Use Google Analytics 4 to evaluate campaign performance and suggest data-driven strategic improvements.
Strategic Development:
Develop and implement advertising strategies aligned with market trends and business objectives.
Collaborate with planning teams to improve campaigns through data analysis and strategic insights.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing and managing paid campaigns in advertising or marketing agencies.
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), DV360, LinkedIn, TikTok, as well as in building campaign nomenclatures and using UTMs.
Experience in on-page optimization (meta tags, headings, URL structure).
Ability to interpret data and metrics, generate detailed reports, and make strategic decisions.
Advanced level of English (B2 or higher).
Additional Information:
On-site work in Bogotá, with a Monday to Friday schedule.
