Food and Beverage Manager Hotel Aiden by Best Western Georgetown Guyana

We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our opening team at the Aiden by Best Western Georgetown Guyana hotel. You will be responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of the following activities:

Responsible for food, beverage, equipment, and consumables monthly inventories and tracking work practices to minimize breakages.
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by overseeing the provision of services and amenities for guests within the company's quality standards.
Implement the established business operating budget plan by the company, ensuring continuous potential for customer satisfaction, cost control, and optimal total revenue.
Responsible for maintaining and updating Food and Beverage menus along with the Chef and operation manuals for each environment.
Continuously monitor sales and ways to improve Hotel revenue targets and other potential profit opportunities.
What Requirements Must You Meet?

Hotel or gastronomic administrator, with experience in the food and beverage area as a supervisor or similar positions.
Proficiency in office suite and hotel software (Opera, Micros, Zeus, UnoE), inventory control, budgets, and costs.
Leadership, teamwork, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Strategic planning, results orientation, and service orientation.
