Key Responsibilities:

-Level 2 support for platforms (Citrix, AVD, w365, Secure Browser, Linux Endpoint, Monitoring)
-Troubleshoot and maintain Windows/Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtual environments
-Implement platform components, manage incidents, apply changes, and ensure SLA compliance
-Collaborate with senior engineers to improve infrastructure, support deployments, and enhance security
-Provide technical assistance, document infrastructure, and support platform transitions to virtualization

Requirements:

-Degree in IT (focus on Virtualization Technologies - Desirable)
-English proficiency B2 (written and spoken)
-Experience with Windows client support, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, remote desktop, Linux
-Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, OSI model, security, and monitoring

Preferred Certifications:
AZ-900, AZ-140, MCSA, VMware, ITIL, CCNA, CCA-V/N, Citrix Cloud & NetScaler

Tech Skills:
Powershell | Python | Bash | VMware/Hyper-V/Azure/Nutanix | RestAPI | ControlUp | Nerdio
