Responsabilidades
Your Role
As a Bilingual Loyalty Specialist, you will:
Provide exceptional customer support via phone.
Solve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Represent TPs world-class standards in every conversation.
What Were Looking For
English Level: B2+ or higher confident and fluent communication is key!
High School Diploma (physical copy required).
