Location: Remote Colombia
Contract Type: Indefinite (initial engagement of 2 years)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Admin/Engineer to support a large-scale global CRM migration project.
This role is focused on troubleshooting and supporting existing solutions during an international roll-out, impacting 7,000+ users across multiple countries.
You will not be responsible for development but will ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot issues, and support data migration processes between legacy systems and Dynamics CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the migration from Siebel CRM to Dynamics CRM using Azure Data Factory
Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing Dynamics CRM functionalities
Work with SQL scripts, analyze logs, and execute stored procedures
Collaborate with global teams to ensure successful deployments in multiple countries
Understand complex business processes and contribute to seamless CRM operations

Required Skills:

Dynamics CRM: Understanding of data models, workflows, and core functionalities
Azure Data Factory (ADF): Ability to work with SQL scripts, ETL pipelines, and stored procedures
SQL: Execute and troubleshoot procedures, analyze data and logs
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Experience working in large-scale CRM environments is a plus

Project Overview:

Supporting migration logic from Siebel to Dynamics CRM via IBM and Azure Database
CRM rollout across 8 additional countries this year
No development required focus on support, analysis, and troubleshooting
