About Us: EyeCatch is a dynamic and innovative Digital Out of Home / Retail Media company based in Miami, Florida. We own and operate a network of high-impact digital screens located inside convenience stores at gas stations across South Florida, helping brands connect with consumers with a purchase mindset at the point of sale, via targeted, dynamic, and more importantly, measurable advertising. We currently have 44 active locations in Miami-Dade and Broward, and we?re on track to expand to 150 stores by year-end.

The Role: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you?ll be the first point of contact for potential advertisers in our market. You?ll play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline by identifying qualified leads, building relationships, and setting up meetings for our incredible sales team.

Responsibilities:

Prospect like a pro: Conduct a high volume of outbound activities (x to x per day!) across text, calls, email, and social media (Linkedin) to identify potential advertisers for EyeCatch Media's innovative format.
Research potential prospects with database tools like Apollo.io.
Collaborate with the sales team to validate and qualify leads.
Keep active and consistent communication with prospects, using different tools such as email, phone, linkedin messaging, etc., keeping a regular contact schedule to maximize engagement and conversion.
Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team to follow up on.
Maintain and update records in our CRM system, ensuring accurate data and pipeline visibility.
Analyze lead generation data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with the design team to prepare prospection materials (mockups).

Who You Are:

Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in prospecting, lead generation, or similar SDR/BDR roles.
Solid understanding of digital prospecting tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
