Responsibilities:
Commercial line focused on selling services to users of a transportation platform.
Responsible for outbound phone calls, the agent will carry out the registration process and guide the user through their first use of the platform, aiming to onboard them as a revenue-generating partner.
Collaborate with team members to maintain high quality service standards.
Represent TPs world-class standards in every interaction.
What Were Looking For:
Language Level: B2 (Advanced).
Must be based in Bogotá.
High School graduated.
At least 6 months experience, preferably 1 year, in sales via call center or in selling intangible products.
Availability: 42 Hours per week.
Skills & Qualities: Empathetic, Responsible, Outgoing, Good listener and Proactive.
