Scheduler Dispatcher

LOCATION: BUC-BOG-BAQ-CAL-MED
Tasks: Address and resolve scheduling challenges quickly and efficiently. Work closely with clients, and office staff to ensure seamless scheduling and exceptional service. Maintain accurate records of schedules, client assignments, and changes. Participate in team meetings and training to stay at the top of your game.
Qualifications: A high school diploma (Bachelors degree preferred). 1-2 years of scheduling experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn scheduling software (experience with WellSky is a plus). Bilingual (English and Spanish).
