As a Senior .NET Developer, youll play a key role in supporting a hybrid team of full-time and contract members. This full-stack role requires expertise across multiple areas, including database design, application development, UI/UX design, and Cloud solutions in Azure
What Youll Do:
Develop applications ensuring they are secure, scalable, high-performing, and user-friendly.
Design and implement UI/UX using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Design and maintain SQL Server databases hosted in Azure and virtual machines (VMs).
Build web applications in .NET MVC using Entity Framework (EF) and LINQ.
Develop backend solutions optimized for handling large data sets efficiently.
Create and maintain secure, scalable APIs for seamless data exchange across systems.
Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver impactful, meaningful software solutions.
Align software with business needs, working closely with multiple business units.
Optimize database structures and queries for faster data processing and retrieval.
Lead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and conduct code reviews.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

What Do We Offer:
Location: 100% on site - Bogotá - Chapinero
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM EST
Contract: Indefinite term
Salary: COP 7,000,000

What Were Looking For:
C1/B2+ English skills, enough to deliver.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Teams, and enrollment/billing software.
5+ years of experience in .NET development (C, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server).
Expertise in data processing, performance tuning, and handling large datasets.
Strong knowledge of server-side development, API integrations, and database management.
Familiarity with HIPAA, CMS, Medicaid, Medicare, and other compliance regulations (preferred).
Strong logical thinking and ability to create intuitive software solutions.
Experience with big data and high-volume transactions.
Proficient in SQL for database management and query optimization.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Microsoft or AWS certification is a plus.
