Software Integration Engineer Databases bilingual

Sutherland is seeking an attentive and goal-oriented person to join us as a software engineer for the NICE Systems program who can translate the underlying technical details of customer requirements to the functional level with the help of his technical expertise and proprietary products available at NICE Actimize.

Job Description

The Software Engineer performs a wide range of duties including some or all the following:
- Work as a member of the Agile team to enhance & Improve software.
- Communicate with client on the enhancement requirement analysis and work accordingly on the enhancement development.
- Provide technical leadership across the development teams in your functional area.
- Be hands on & provide in-depth technical understanding of Cloud Software architecture.
- Be accountable, for deliverables ensuring the quality of each release by recommending & implementing best quality engineering practices are followed including (but not limited to): writing and running of unit tests, smoke- and regression- test automation, code reviews, and design practices.
- Work with Architect / BA and set the end-to-end technical direction for the team, including platform, technology, tools, and infrastructure..

Qualifications
- Strong Experience in software development
- Knowledge of SDLC
- Experience in database development with SQL databases
- Experience in high performance, highly available and scalable system
- Experience with iterative or Agile methodologies, techniques, and Scrum
- Familiarity with Security systems and practices (SAML, Oauth, JWT)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience in supporting hosted and/or multi-tenant software delivered as-a-Service (SaaS).
- Deep Knowledge and experience with software design patterns and how they can be incorporated into software design.
- Familiarity and/or experience with private and public cloud infrastructures and technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Engine or Azure.
