Executive Recruiter at BairesDev

We are looking for Executive Recruiters to join our Recruiting Team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. This person must be proactive, detail-oriented, and demonstrate excellent analytical abilities, as well as teamwork and multitasking skills. What You Will Do:

- Drive full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviews, specific exams, presentation to internal clients, and closing of candidates.
- Act as a reference towards the internal client and candidates during the process.
- Understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy.
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area.

Heres what we are looking for:

- Ability to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
- Great self-management capacity.
- 2+ years of experience in Recruiting (desirable).
- Experience in selecting executive profiles is a plus.
- Advanced English level.
