Python + Golang + Bazel Technical Leader at BairesDev

We are looking for a Technical Leader with expertise in Python, Golang, and Bazel to take ownership of the Bazel build system, ensuring the efficient build and delivery of automation-driven solutions. This role requires a highly technical and self-driven professional who will work across the entire software development lifecycle, from coding to deployment and monitoring.

What Youll Do:

- Manage and optimize the Bazel build system, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Develop and maintain software solutions using Python and Golang.
- Oversee the entire software lifecycle from coding and testing to deployment, monitoring, and performance measurement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation-driven solutions.
- Optimize software builds and delivery pipelines, ensuring high efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and improve build processes, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Implement monitoring and performance metrics for continuous system improvements.

What We Are Looking For:

- Strong expertise in Python and Golang for software development.
- Proven experience managing Bazel build systems.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD processes, build automation, and deployment strategies.
- Experience working in cloud-based environments and containerized solutions.
- Knowledge of software performance monitoring, logging, and debugging.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Advanced level of English.
