Senior UX/UI Designer at BairesDev

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, lead the design of sophisticated user interfaces and user experiences. Your expertise will guide the design process, mentor junior designers, and integrate the latest design trends, ensuring high-quality, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing design outcomes.

What you will do

- Oversee the UX/UI design strategy for products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Lead a team of designers, fostering a collaborative design process and encouraging continuous learning and innovation.
- Drive the development of comprehensive user research and testing strategies to inform design decisions.
- Establish design best practices and guidelines, and ensure their adoption across the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and achieve strategic objectives for user experience and design.
- Evaluate and incorporate emerging design trends and tools to enhance the design process and outcomes.

What we are looking for

- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing complex interfaces and user experiences.
- Extensive experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design.
- Strong expertise in designing for accessibility and cross-platform compatibility.
- Demonstrated ability to lead design projects and collaborate with large teams.
- Knowledge of current and emerging UX/UI trends.
- Advanced level of English.
