Business Development Operations Analyst at BairesDev

We are seeking a Business Development Operations Analyst to join our Sales Team. We are in search of proactive, dynamic individuals and team players with excellent organizational skills, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and with marked attention to detail. What You Will Do:

- Assist in lead generation analyzing and requesting referral opportunities.
- Track results of our lead generation processes, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
- Write templates, playbooks, and other materials for various projects and other Business Development teams.
- Document our lead generation processes.
- Collaborate with the team to uncover new opportunities for lead generation.

Heres what we are looking for:

- 3+ years of experience in Sales Support roles.
- 1+ years in process analysis and improvement.
- Proven experience in writing copy in English such as playbooks, email templates, copy for sales teams, and email marketing.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, able to work autonomously and remotely.
- Advanced English level.
