Brand Communications Associate at BairesDev

We are looking for a Brand Communications Associate to execute highly effective communications plans through a deep understanding of the consumer and our target market, achieving profit and maximizing the brands long-term potential. This professional will also produce and communicate high-quality content that engages customers and builds brand recognition.

What You Will Do:

- Execute our overall corporate communications plan, strategies, and campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message effectively.
- Implement effective communication strategies that build brand awareness and consideration, build the brands positioning, and monitor its success.
- Increase brand awareness and consideration as well as build market position.
- Develop content and materials to include websites, press releases, newsletters, presentations,
events, all manners of collateral, and other tools to ensure appropriate messaging and brand strategy
are effectively executed.
- Implement innovative communications strategies and plans.
- Produce a regular cadence of relevant, easily accessible content through various communication
channels.
- Coordinate closely across the broader organization to ensure message alignment and integration
across multiple topics and channels.
- Measure, report and adjust communications activities based on outcomes.
- Monitor communication plan milestone completion and identify process and operational roadblocks.
- Work with different marketing departments to generate new ideas and strategies.
- Ensure all content is publication-ready.
- Measure key performance indicators for each communications channel which will indicate a
campaigns level of success.
- Develop strategic communications campaigns that will help further organizational goals.
- Create marketing and communications collateral and ensure that it is consistent with the
organizations brand, including white papers, website copy, social media, and more.
- Develop and influence brand initiatives, ensuring consistency with the tone of voice and brand messaging.
- Identify client opportunities and propose strategies, campaigns, and promotions to increase brand awareness.

- 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
