R&D Fullstack Angular + .NET Developer at BairesDev

We are looking for a highly skilled R&D Fullstack Angular + .NET Developer to work in software development involving frontend, backend and database interactions. This role requires a technical expert with a strong background who can solve complex challenges while understanding the full picture of the applications. We seek a very self-driven professional to work in a distributed environment with good Slack practices for coordination, as the team exercises a low volume of meetings. You must be willing to own complex processes and think about the big picture when developing required features. You must be comfortable working with SQL Databases and available for Scrum ceremonies.

What Youll Do:

- Develop new features and maintain existing ones by writing the required code to solve specific problems (frontend, backend, and databases).
- Work on the technical definition of the solution alongside the Tech Lead and/or the Software Architect.
- Review and validate code from other team members.
- Refactor existing processes, making them efficient and performant.
- Analyze and refine technical requirements.

What we are looking for:

- 8+ years of experience in the IT Industry as a Software Engineer.
- 3+ years of experience in Angular 10 or above
- 1+ year of experience in C.
- Experience with RxJs (reactive programming library) matching Angular experience.
- Knowledge of SQL databases.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Self-driven and able to work independently in a distributed environment.
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Advanced level of English.

Nice to have:

- Experience with Angular 17.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks, such as React or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of .NET Core 8.
- Experience with the Tailwind CSS library.
- Experience with SQL Server.
