COMISSION ANALYST - PGP

Job description: The key objective of the Commissions Analyst is to provide support to the commission process in performing its core duties. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining accurate policy data, entering commission statement data into the database for accurate and timely processing, reconciliation of inbound and outbound commission payments, researching and responding to broker inquiries, and other ad hoc financial and Operations related projects

Responsabilities: 1- Become proficient in multiple commission management systems utilized by the company including entering commission data, updating status of existing policies and reviewing reports. 2- Provide daily support and communication to the team to ensure deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner. 3- Complete commission assignments with keen attention to detail ensuring accuracy and efficiency. 4- Evaluate status ongoing for appropriate next steps and act accordingly be it outreach to a carrier, broker or internal team. 5- Utilize Microsoft Excel (and other tools as necessary) to prepare and analyze reports of delinquent commission payments for submission to insurance carrier. 6- Other assignments and responsibilities as necessary 7- Ensure compensation calculations are timely communicated to sales teams and brokers and that feedback mechanisms are in place and accurate.

Strong communication skills, both written & verbal 5. Desire to continuously learn, take on a wide range of tasks and grow with our company External 1. Collaborate with sales team on managing deals and resolving commission-related issues. 2. Interact with departments on personnel and payment issues. 3. Contribute towards varied aspects of Commissioning process. 4. Resolve and co-relate actual commission and internal data. 5. Command superior knowledge of all assigned carrier related data 6. Maintain accurate periodic records of commissions. 7. Summarize and submit commission data for supervision. 8. Aid monthly reporting and bring to notice errors, if any. 9. Diagnose variations in commission percentages received and communicate any necessary amendments. 10. Evaluate commission guidelines periodically and suggest improvement measures or updates.
Shift days, hours and time zone: 8am to 5pm monday to Friday
