Intake specialist
Receive and process incoming inquiries and requests for services, assessing the needs and determining the appropriate course of action

Information Gathering:
Conduct thorough interviews with clients, collect accurate information, asking probing questions to get the whole story

Documentation:
Complete and maintain intake forms, applications and all related documentation and make sure ALL required fields are properly filled and signed

Inquiry Resolution:
Provide prompt and professional responses to inquiries, addressing questions, concerns and providing accurate information or direct to the relevant parties

Screening and Qualifications:
Assess client qualifications for a case based on predetermined criteria, making informed decisions, and referring ineligible clients to alternative resources/ services
