Concrete and Masonry estimator Company in Florida, US

Position: CONCRETE & MASONRY ESTIMATOR
Degree: Civil Engineer or Architect
Compensation: Between $5.0 and $6M monthly.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY)
- 100% FLUENT IN ENGLISH
- AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN CONCRETE AND MASONRY ESTIMATING

Required Skills:
- Ability to work full-time with a computer (48 hours a week, Monday through Friday).
- Computer literate, especially Excel.
- Experience using estimating software.
- Strong learning ability, both through third parties and independently

Preferred:
- A valid visa to enter the United States
- A bank account in the United States

Work Conditions:
- Work from home (anywhere in Colombia, preferably Cali) 48 hours a week, Monday through Friday.
- Candidate provides their own high-speed internet.
- Laptop, 40" to 50" TV, and company-provided estimating software
- Online or in-person training.
- Continuous support via teleconference.
- 2 weeks of paid vacation per year
- 10 holidays per year
- The candidate is responsible for covering their social security (health, pension, etc.), as well as any taxes derived from the payment of fees.
