Job description: The Event Marketing Specialist is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of event marketing strategy. This includes both virtual and in-person events such as webinars, conferences, trade shows, and internal corporate functions. The role supports marketing objectives through effective event strategy, stakeholder collaboration, and performance tracking. This is a fully remote position. The specialist will coordinate all events remotely and is not required to travel or attend events in person.
Responsabilities: Key Responsibilities 1. Event Strategy & Planning Develop and maintain an annual calendar of virtual and in-person events aligned with business goals. Identify opportunities for marketing impact through event participation and execution. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define event objectives, target audiences, and success metrics. 2. Event Coordination & Execution Manage logistics for virtual and in-person events from a remote position, including timelines, vendors, registrations, communications, and asset delivery. Coordinate cross-functional input to ensure smooth execution. Support the marketing team in the development and delivery of pre-event and post-event campaigns. 3. Branding & Materials Work closely with the Creative team to develop and deliver branded event assets. Ensure consistency with NIP Groups brand standards across all events. 4. Internal Collaboration & Communication Act as the central point of contact for event-related communication. Provide clear updates, documentation, and event recaps to all relevant stakeholders. 5. Budget Management Assist in the creation and oversight of event budgets. Ensure cost-effective vendor selection and logistical planning. 6. Performance Tracking & Optimization Monitor key performance indicators such as lead generation, audience engagement, and revenue impact. Prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 7. Innovation & Best Practices Stay up to date on trends and technologies related to virtual and physical events. Introduce new ideas for increasing event impact and attendee experience.
