Job Description:
Analyze the reports of consumers who have contacted our social media channels through their platforms, ensure the quality and veracity of the information. Daily, weekly and monthly reports on demand and team management as well as feedback and follow-ups.

Capture actionable insights
Quality management

Training and feedback
Dashboard Control
Process and deliverables management
Process review
Attendance at the monthly closing meeting
Participation in Leaders meetings
Track Productivity
Feed routine spreadsheet
Consolidated Operation D-1 - Report to Management.
Monitoring of contacts, feedback and experience ratings.
Staff and Front Closing Support in the construction of the material and participation in the monthly meeting of the presentation of results to the client.
Apply feedback from cases of deviations identified in the accuracy activity
Logbook
Sizing Routines
Vacation Plan
Request to HR for warning, when necessary in conjunction with Management
Dismissals under Management authorization
Time management and HR affairs

Requirements
Full time availability.
Bachelors Degree in Social Communication Public Relations /RTV /Journalism/Advertising or Marketing / Business Administration.
Elaboration, analysis and presentations of KPIS.
Mastering the resources (Infographics, Clik Sense, Prov, Macro, Tables and Pivot Charts will be a differential).
Be knowledgeable about technical procedures, flows and products.
Great knowledge in reporting to the Marketing and Business area.
