POSITION Mid Market Account Management
HORARIO M-F 9AM-7PM

Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement and Success Metrics:
Provide exceptional support to assigned customer accounts, ensuring they achieve their desired success metrics and ROI.
Foster proactive and consistent client engagement, building strong relationships with customers.
Utilize a data-driven approach to secure account health and customer success.
Renewal Management:
Take the lead in managing the renewal process for existing accounts, identifying and addressing potential obstacles to ensure smooth and timely renewals.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and strategize renewal plans.
Upsell new products to existing customers to drive revenue growth.
Customer Lifecycle Management:
Track and document important customer lifecycle details, including opportunities and post-sales information, within hireEZs company CRM (SFDC).
Keep a close eye on key customer milestones, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and continuous user training throughout the lifecycle.
Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
Knowledge of customer success lifecycle.
Familiar with the end-to-end renewal process, managing timely renewals, strategic negotiations, and minimizing churn.
Knowledge of virtual user product training.
Knowledge of customer ticket management cycle and follow-through.
Familiar with the customer onboarding process and enablement.
English fluency, especially oral English.
Must have obtained a Bachelors degree.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other account management tools is a plus.
Must be able to work onsite and commit to a full-time schedule.
