Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM EST
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized, bilingual (Spanish-English) Administrative Assistant to join our remote team as soon as possible. This role involves handling invoicing, administrative tasks, and general office operations while ensuring an efficient and professional workflow. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in administrative support, strong multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
Handle invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Assist with administrative duties, including correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation.
Support HR functions, including onboarding for new hires and contractors.
Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, office administrator, or similar role.
Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Strong experience with invoicing and administrative tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
